How Do I Make a Change to my Existing Reservation?
All changes need to be made directly with the hotel.
Return to the Attendee Housing Reservations page, locate your hotel and select "Reserve Room". This takes you to the hotel's reservation site.
Select "Existing Reservations".
Enter your Acknowledgement or Confirmation Number e-mailed to you by the hotel and the guest name.
Proceed to submit your changes to the hotel. Your updates are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from the hotel.
 
How Do I Cancel my Hotel Reservation?
All cancellations need be made directly with the hotel.
Return to the Attendee Housing Reservations page, locate your hotel and select "Reserve Room". This takes you to the hotel's reservation site.
Select "Existing Reservations".
Enter your Acknowledgement or Confirmation Number e-mailed to you by the hotel and the guest name.
Proceed to submit your cancellation to the hotel. Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from the hotel. 
Check the cancellation policy for your selected hotel regarding the refund of your room deposit.
