To reserve a block of sleeping rooms complete the following steps

1. Your reservations will be reviewed by the ACG 2024 Housing Bureau and you will be notified via email within 2 business days of your approval or with a request for additional information.
2. A secure credit card authorization form will be e-mailed directly from the hotel to the credit card holder email provided for the first (2) two night's room and tax non-refundable deposit. Once you receive the form, please complete and return it within 48 hours to secure your block, if the form is not received within 48 hours your block will be released. A receipt will be provided after the hotel has processed the deposit.
3. All reservation names, check-in and check-out dates must be submitted by Friday, September 13th using the ACG Housing website. You will be provided with confirmation numbers for your reservations. All changes and cancellations must be made in the ACG Housing website.

Exhibitor Hotel Reservation Room Block:

• Please keep in mind due to Exhibitor history pick up and the ACG contracted hotel blocks, we can only extend up to 75% of your peak night for Saturday, 10/26 and no more than 50% for Tuesday, 10/29.
• Exhibitor room blocks at the Headquarters Hotel are limited to 10 rooms per company.

To reserve a block of rooms at one of the ACG 2024 contracted hotel properties; you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of the first (2) two night's room and tax for each sleeping room in the block. 

The first (2) two night's room and tax will be charged to a credit card. The remaining room nights balance and incidentals will be individual pays own upon check out.

Approval Process

• After submitting your information, your request will be processed for approval within 2 business days.
• You will be notified via email of your assigned hotel.

Credit Card Payment Required When Booking

• Please be prepared to provide a credit card for a deposit payment of the first (2) two night's room and tax for each room reservation in your Exhibitor block.
• The first (2) two night's room and tax deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable to any other reservation.
• The hotel will process your deposit and provide a receipt. 

Hotel Rooming List Instructions

• All reservations with guest names, check-in and check-out dates must be submitted using the ACG Housing website by Friday, September 13th. 
• The Hotel will enter the reservations and provide confirmation numbers by September 30th. 
• All name changes, check-in or check-out date changes and cancellations must be made in the ACG Housing website prior to the event. ACG will continue to send the updates to the hotel on your behalf.

How do I make a date & name changes to my Exhibitor block of sleeping rooms?
Date and name changes must be made through the ACG 2024 Housing Portal. You can edit your hotel reservations by clicking HERE and entering the email address that was used to make the hotel reservations.

How do I cancel my Exhibitor block of sleeping rooms?
Cancellations (less the non-refundable first two (2) night’s room & tax deposit charge-per room) may be requested via email to the ACG 2024 Housing Bureau at exhibitor_acg@meetingsites.net.  Your reservations are not cancelled until you receive email confirmation from the housing bureau.

Can I reserve Meeting Space in conjunction with my room reservations?
A limited number of meeting rooms will be made available at participating hotels.  A request form is available on the ACG Annual Meeting website and also available in the Official Exhibitor Service Kit.
